Harleston Players Autumn production is to be the wonderful Calendar Girls written by Tim Firth.
Based on the true story of eleven WI members who posed nude for a calendar to raise money for the Leukaemia Research Fund, this is a marvellous piece of theatre, guaranteed to make you laugh, cry and come out singing Jerusalem.
Auditions are to be held on Wednesday 15th February and Wednesday 22nd February at 8pm in the new performance space at Archbishop Sancroft High School.
We are looking for 10 ladies (not all of them are required to undress) of various ages from 20’s to 70’s and 4 men of various ages between 20’s and 50’s.
Performances will be between 26th October 2012 and 3rd November 2012 with rehearsals starting in August.
