Harleston Players

Our January 2020 production is Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie, adapted by Trevor Nunn. This production will be directed by Joe Edwards-Gill (Oliver, Moonlight and Magnolias). Auditions will be held at the Jays Green centre on Sunday 15th September, 2pm-4pm, with a second audition on Tuesday 17th September for anyone who can’t attend on the 15th, plus callbacks.

Auditions are open to people, fairies, crocodiles and pirates of all ages (as long as they are at least 9). You will not necessarily need to attend both audition dates but please keep both free in case you are called back.

There is also a flying and physical theatre workshop on Sunday 8th September from 2pm-5pm, also at Jays Green. While it is not required that you attend the workshop, it is advisable. Please wear clothing which is suitable for moving about in. Tracksuits or shorts are fine, jeans and skirts are not advisable!

We would love to see some new faces, so if you always fancied treading the boards, now is a fantastic time to try it out. The only requirement for this production is a childlike outlook which must be worn at all times. The first rehearsal for Peter Pan will be 4th November.

If you have any questions or are interested but unable to attend auditions then please get in touch with Joe by emailing josephthomasedwards@gmail.com
