The production was based upon Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. Meryl, the Director, picked out the key points of the text, which the youngsters dramatised in their own words - modern text, using a variety of techniques to convey the plot. The process focused on their ideas of how to improvise each of the storylines within the play.
